I like the simplicity of the 'What Three Words' app - in that it can pinpoint your location to within 3m from just three unique words.
What three things would best describe your mindset?
It got me wondering if there was a version of it out there (or to be created) that could do the same for our mindset? i.e. what three things would describe where your head is in this moment?
Ideally you'd look for a positive slant on your situation - for example, ever since my little head wobble a few years ago, I write down three things I am grateful for every day as part of my morning routine.
Today's are:
My little gym (a morning workout always resets my head 💪 )
Its not raining (yet 😉 🌦 )
Coffee with a friend later today ☕
Another option might be to note three affirmations to remind you how good you are or how far you have come. I'm not feeling so bright today so this might actually be a better option. Or, staying pure to the concept of the app, might it be as simple as just writing three words that some up your version of magic that you intend to share with the world today?
